This powerful and dynamic coaching and mentoring program is completely hands-on, where we come to your office and our team of consultants and trainers will assist you in designing and installing all of the proper systems and controls needed to effectively manage your business and work with your employees to train them in performing their position duties.
Then, following this initial on-site training, our field support staff will work with your managers and employees for the next 24-months to keep them fine-tuned and up-dated, which will keep your profits on track.
In other words, unlike some other consulting companies, we don't just come and give you a book with "canned" policies and procedures and leave you on your own to implement these systems into your operation. Instead, we're there to consistently follow-up for the next 24-months.
